An officer can expect two or more random visits each shift they work. This sends a clear message to our officers that if they want to be unreliable or unprofessional, they will just have to do it for another Security Company. Each road supervisor and officer is provided a pager or cell phone for constant communications. All officers make hourly check-in-calls to the road supervisor. All officers are responsible for completing a detailed written report of all activities that transpired during their shift. A copy is provided to you at the end of each shift.
