zero tolerance for lying, stealing or other untrustworthy behavior.

the knowledge and highest standards that characterized the profession.
Professionalism can be seen in all aspects of our service. Professionalism
can be seen in our uniform appearance, report writing, watch standing
and in everything we do.
What good is an unprofessional security officer?
We insure the principles of our “Excellence in Security Service Program” through strict supervision and constant communications between our clients, officers and Eagle Security.
- Road supervisors are in the field 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure compliance with your procedures, post order instructions and Eagle Security’s policies.
- An officer can expect two or more random visits each shift they work. This sends a clear message to our officers that if they want to be unreliable or unprofessional, they will just have to do it for another Security Company.
- Each road supervisor and officer is provided a pager or cell phone for constant communications.
- All officers make hourly check-in-calls to the road supervisor.
- All officers are responsible for completing a detailed written report of all activities that transpired during their shift. A copy is provided to you at the end of each shift.
- Eagle Security will never move a dysfunctional officer from one client to another. If the officer doesn’t meet Eagle Security’s high standards we let them go. We never move our problems around.
- Through the use of our Personnel Change Notices, you will never be surprised by a change of officers at your business. You will be faxed or called with notice whenever there is a change to your officers.
